The Vendera lineup and what is actually available

Vendera runs all four machines on one platform, so a single dashboard covers your whole route no matter which models you mix. Here is where each one stands right now.

The Core LC-510 is in stock today and is the usual starting point. The Arctic LD-315 is Vendera’s freezer, reaching −13°F, and is out of stock until additional inventory arrives in December. The Apex LC-605 is the tall premium model, available for pre-order on a project-only basis. The Atlas LC-1160 is the largest format and is out of stock until additional inventory arrives in December.

Shipping is a flat $350 per cooler ($400 for the double-door Atlas) to the continental US, the same as our HAHA lineup, so your quote shows the delivered price up front.

What to tell us so the quote is accurate

The more of this you can give us, the closer the first number will be to the final number:

• Location type — gym, office, hotel, hospital, apartment clubhouse, warehouse, or campus. Each one buys differently.
• Daily foot traffic, even a rough estimate. This is the single biggest driver of which capacity makes sense.
• What you want to sell — drinks only, snacks and drinks, fresh food, or frozen. Frozen changes the model list entirely.
• Delivery ZIP code, and whether there is a dock or the driver will need a liftgate.
• How many machines you are placing now versus over the next year. Volume changes the pricing.

What comes with every machine

• Flat-rate shipping on every cooler. $350 per cooler ($400 for the double-door Ultra 1200 and Atlas) to the continental US, so you know the delivered price up front. Estimated shipping time for in-stock coolers: 5 business days.
• A full year of VendingBusiness101 training is included with your machine — route planning, location scouting, pricing, and the operator tools we use ourselves.
• 30-day returns. Defective or not, you have 30 days from delivery. Non-defective returns carry a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is at your expense. Full terms are on our shipping and returns page.

What happens after you hit send

A real person reads your request — there is no autoresponder pretending to be a sales rep. We will come back with pricing on the models that actually fit your location, not a catalog dump. If the machine you asked about is the wrong size or the wrong format for your traffic, we will tell you that instead of selling you the bigger one.

If you already know exactly which model you want, say so and we will skip straight to a delivered price.

Questions we get before every quote

Do I need to buy the machine to get pricing?

No. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Plenty of people request one to build a business plan or compare against another supplier, and that is fine.

Can I see one running first?

Yes — ask for a demo in your request and we will arrange it.

What does the software cost?

Vendera software is $40 per month per machine, which covers AI product recognition and the live inventory dashboard. Card sales carry a 5.85% processing fee, plus 22 cents per debit-card sale; there is no per-sale charge on credit cards. HAHA software is also $40 per month, plus 5.95% and $0.05 per transaction. Do you sell to operators outside Louisiana?

Yes. We ship HAHA and Vendera coolers anywhere in the continental United States for a flat $350 per cooler ($400 for double-door models). We are based in Louisiana but the machines go nationwide.

What if I want more than one?
