Smart Cooler Supply is a division of Louisiana Vending LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use smartcoolersupply.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Quote and contact requests. When you request a quote or demo, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, business name, city and ZIP code, the product and quantity you’re interested in, your timeline, how you’d like us to contact you, and any notes.
- Cooler match and profit estimates. The “Find my match” tool uses the location type, daily traffic and item price you enter to show an estimate. It doesn’t ask for your name or contact details.
- Financing. If you prequalify or apply for financing through Affirm, you give that information to Affirm directly. Affirm’s own privacy policy applies to it.
- Site usage. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site. We use cookies and similar tools for site performance, security and traffic analytics.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare quotes, and arrange delivery, setup and support.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your request, based on the contact preference you choose.
- To send occasional product news or offers if you’ve opted in. You can opt out at any time.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and customer-management tools, payment and financing providers, and freight carriers delivering your order. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messages
If you choose text as your contact preference or opt in to texts, we’ll send messages about your quote, order, delivery or support, and occasional offers if you’ve agreed to them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data security and retention
The site uses SSL encryption, and we limit access to your information to people who need it to serve you. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
