Shipping
Every HAHA and Vendera smart cooler ships to the continental United States for a flat $350 per cooler ($400 for double-door models: the HAHA 1200 Ultra and the Vendera Atlas). Each product page shows the machine price, the shipping charge and the delivered price.
- Handling (HAHA and Vendera): orders placed and paid in full by 12:00 PM Central Time on a business day are released to the carrier within 1 business day. Orders placed after noon, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day. Orders ship only after payment is received.
- Transit (HAHA and Vendera): typical delivery is 4 business days after pickup for continental US addresses, for an estimated delivery about 5 business days after your order. Each product page shows the estimated delivery date.
- Smart Cooler Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our machines and parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be in new or slightly used condition and include all original components, packaging, and documentation.
Return Process
Return Method: All equipment returns require prior authorization. Contact Smart Cooler Supply before returning any machine. Approved returns will be coordinated with you using the appropriate freight carrier and return instructions. Do not ship or return equipment without prior authorization.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee covers inspection, testing, and repackaging. Defective items are not subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for qualifying items within the 30-day window, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom vinyl wraps
- Installed machine parts
- Clearance or final sale items
Warranty
- HAHA smart coolers: 1-year limited hardware warranty plus lifetime technical support.
- Vendera smart coolers: 2-year warranty on the machine and 5-year warranty on the compressor.
Certain smart coolers, vending machines, and parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details and claim procedures are provided with your product. Warranties on refurbished machines are limited and will be stated at the time of sale.
