About Smart Cooler Supply

Smart Cooler Supply is a national distributor of HAHA and Vendera AI smart coolers. We sell and ship self-checkout, grab-and-go coolers and freezers to vending operators and businesses across the continental United States.

We’re a division of Louisiana Vending LLC, based in Broussard, Louisiana. Our team brings more than 20 years of vending experience. Backed by Louisiana Vending — serving the vending industry since 2006. Smart Cooler Supply is where we focus on AI smart coolers.

What we do

• Help you pick the right cooler. We carry 10 HAHA models, including the new O Line, and four Vendera models, from compact single-door units to double-door micro-market coolers and dedicated freezers. We’ll match the size to your location and traffic.
• Give you the real numbers. Prices, monthly software fees and card-processing rates are listed on every product page. Shipping is a flat $350 per cooler ($400 for double-door models) to the lower 48.
• Deliver and support it. Coolers ship by freight nationwide (estimated shipping time for in-stock coolers: 5 business days), and we stay with you through setup and warranty support.
• Help you run it profitably. Every cooler includes a free year of VendingBusiness101 operator training, a $349 value.

The brands we carry

HAHA smart coolers: nine models from the 360 Mini to the 1200 Ultra double-door, including a dedicated freezer and the new O Line of frameless glass coolers. Each comes with a 1-year limited hardware warranty and lifetime technical support.

Vendera smart coolers: the Core, Apex, Atlas and Arctic freezer. Each comes with a 2-year warranty on the machine and a 5-year warranty on the compressor.
