Terms of Use and Sale

These terms apply to your use of smartcoolersupply.com and to equipment you buy from Smart Cooler Supply, a division of Louisiana Vending LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Quotes and orders
- Prices on the site are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Your price is the one stated in your written quote or invoice.
- An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing and receive payment or approved financing.
- Prices shown on product pages are for the machine. Shipping to the continental United States is a flat $350 per cooler ($400 for double-door models), listed separately on each product page and in your quote.
- Ongoing software, connectivity and card-processing fees for each model are listed on its product page and in your quote.
Financing
Financing is offered through Affirm and is subject to Affirm’s approval and terms. We don’t set Affirm’s rates or approval decisions.
Shipping and delivery
Coolers ship by freight to addresses in the continental United States. HAHA and Vendera coolers typically arrive 4 business days after pickup. Orders ship only after payment is received; orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please inspect your cooler on arrival and note any visible damage with the driver. Full details are on our Shipping, Returns & Warranty page.
Returns
You can return equipment within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Defective items have no restocking fee. Return shipping is at your expense. Custom vinyl wraps, installed parts and clearance or final-sale items can’t be returned. See Shipping, Returns & Warranty for the full policy.
Warranty
- HAHA coolers: 1-year limited hardware warranty plus lifetime technical support.
- Vendera coolers: 2-year warranty on the machine and 5-year warranty on the compressor.
Warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Claim procedures come with your product, and we’ll help you file a claim. Warranties on refurbished equipment are limited and stated at the time of sale. Except for these warranties, and to the extent the law allows, equipment is sold as is, without other warranties, express or implied.
Estimates and training
Profit, sales and return-on-investment figures on this site, including the “Find my match” calculator, are estimates only. They are not a promise or guarantee of income. Actual results depend on your location, products, pricing and operation. The free year of VendingBusiness101 training included with each cooler is provided by VendingBusiness101 under its own terms.
Text messages
If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive messages about your quote, order, delivery and support, and offers if you’ve agreed to them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of the site or the equipment. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Website use
Site content, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers. HAHA and Vendera are trademarks of their respective owners. Don’t copy or reuse site content without our permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
