Shipping
All HAHA smart coolers and smart vending machines ship free to the continental United States. The price shown on each product page is the delivered price — no freight quotes, no liftgate surcharges, no ZIP-code add-ons.
- Handling: orders are prepared and released to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
- Transit: typical delivery is 3–7 business days after pickup for continental US addresses.
- Vendera models and any pre-order equipment are quoted separately for freight. Your quote will state the freight amount before you order.
- Smart Cooler Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our machines and parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be in new or slightly used condition and include all original components, packaging, and documentation.
Return Process
Customers may return products by one of the following methods:
- In-store drop-off
- At a designated drop-off location
- By mail — return shipping is at the customer’s expense
Please contact us before returning any item to receive approval and instructions.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee covers inspection, testing, and repackaging. Defective items are not subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for qualifying items within the 30-day window, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom vinyl wraps
- Installed machine parts
- Clearance or final sale items
Warranty
Certain smart coolers, vending machines, and parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details and claim procedures are provided with your product. Warranties on refurbished machines are limited and will be stated at the time of sale.
