Our written policies
- Shipping: a flat $350 per cooler ($400 for double-door models) to the continental US. Orders paid by 12:00 PM Central on a business day are released to the carrier within 1 business day, with estimated delivery about 5 business days after your order.
- Returns: within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Non-defective returns carry a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Warranty: HAHA coolers carry a 1-year limited hardware warranty plus lifetime technical support. Vendera coolers carry a 2-year warranty on the machine and 5 years on the compressor, with U.S.-based support from Vendera.
