Not sure which one? The 360 Mini and 440 Plus suit lower-traffic breakrooms and small gyms. The 542 Pro and 620 Max are the workhorses for busy sites. The Max 660 and 1200 Ultra are for locations that genuinely cannot be restocked often. The 550 is the one to ask about if you want to sell ice cream or frozen meals, and the Max 620S adds an LCD ad panel you can sell advertising on.
What to tell us so the quote is accurate
The more of this you can give us, the closer the first number will be to the final number:
- Location type — gym, office, hotel, hospital, apartment clubhouse, warehouse, or campus. Each one buys differently.
- Daily foot traffic, even a rough estimate. This is the single biggest driver of which capacity makes sense.
- What you want to sell — drinks only, snacks and drinks, fresh food, or frozen. Frozen changes the model list entirely.
- Delivery ZIP code, and whether there is a dock or the driver will need a liftgate.
- How many machines you are placing now versus over the next year. Volume changes the pricing.
What comes with every machine
- Free shipping on all HAHA models. The price you see is the delivered price to the continental US — no freight quotes, no liftgate surcharges, no ZIP-code add-ons. Handling runs 1–3 business days and transit is typically 3–7 business days.
- Vendera freight is quoted separately. Your quote will state the freight amount before you commit to anything.
- A full year of VendingBusiness101 training is included with your machine — route planning, location scouting, pricing, and the operator tools we use ourselves.
- 30-day returns. Defective or not, you have 30 days from delivery. Non-defective returns carry a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is at your expense. Full terms are on our shipping and returns page.

What happens after you hit send
A real person reads your request — there is no autoresponder pretending to be a sales rep. We will come back with pricing on the models that actually fit your location, not a catalog dump. If the machine you asked about is the wrong size or the wrong format for your traffic, we will tell you that instead of selling you the bigger one.
If you already know exactly which model you want, say so and we will skip straight to a delivered price.
Questions we get before every quote
Do I need to buy the machine to get pricing?
No. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Plenty of people request one to build a business plan or compare against another supplier, and that is fine.
Can I see one running first?
Yes — ask for a demo in your request and we will arrange it.
What does the software cost?
Machine software runs $40 per month per machine. That covers the cashless payments, the AI product recognition, and the live inventory dashboard.
Do you sell to operators outside Louisiana?
Yes. HAHA machines ship free anywhere in the continental United States. We are based in Louisiana but the machines go nationwide.
What if I want more than one?
